=============================== THE NEW JARRY'S USER AGREEMENT Revision Date: July 01 2005 =============================== 1. To own an account on The New Jarry's Ultima Online Shard, one must agree and adhere to the following agreements: 1.1 Adhere to all rules of the game, cooperate with staff members at all circumstances when required. 1.2 Keep a fundamental fairness for all players, this prohibits any cheating, hacking and other abnormal ways of obtaining benefits. 1.3 Respect all other players regardless of ethics, believes, religion and/or other factors. 1.4 While conducting actions that are prohibited by 1.2, any aiding, leading, requesting these actions are also prohibited. 1.5 Any speech or action that conflicts with the laws of Peoples Republic of China is prohibited on this shard. Discussion of adult-only or related contents are also forbidden. 1.6 Only one account per player is allowed. Any account will hold a maximum of 5 characters. 1.7 The New Jarry's can collect and store information on the player's, this might include hardware information, email addresses and IP addresses. While these information will only be used by The New Jarry's and will not be released to the public. 2. Punishments 2.1 Jailing any or all characters of the account 2.2 Blocking the account for a short period of time, up to one month maximum. 2.3 Blocking the account for an indefinate period of time. 2.4 Delete the account, all characters and all items that belongs directly to the account. 2.5 Banning the IP address from the server, website and other services. 2.6 Serious actions might result in lawsuit against the offencer 3. Definitions 3.1 Cheating: A deception for profit to yourself. This includes any action or speech that breaks the fairness of the game world. 3.2 Hacking: Unauthorized access to or use of data, systems or networks, including any attempt to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without express authorization of the owner of the system or network 3.3 Adult: A person of age 18 or over. ================================== -END AGREEMENT ==================================
